Cloudy Sky #chidrinks My first Sloe Gin cocktail! This highball is a build-in-the-glass, so the flavor has been changing as it mixes more and I hit different layers Very *tart* (with a fifth of it being lime), but the spicy from the ginger beer and the sweet from the sloe gin balances it well.
