Thanks. I am old enough and strong enough to recognize that this was a him issue and not a me issue. Just pisses me off that harassment and assaults are constantly blamed on women when we constantly provide evidence to the contrary.

Recently assaulted(?), definitely sexually harassed, by a male patient. In the OR. With multiple people around. I was not drunk. I was not flirting. I was not wearing revealing clothing. I was in scrubs making sure that he didn't fall off his bed.

Last year they pushed an AI scribe and an AI risk assessment tool and basically told us we all needed to use it. I absolutely refused. We are also being told we aren't meeting budget based on an AI prediction and therefore need to work even harder than we already were.

Man, I need to win the lotto or something. Tired of working in healthcare with unreasonable demands of both admin and patients. Tired of crappy landlords who refuse to spend money to actually fix the problem and instead patch them. Currently on day 2 of no water. I am just tired.

Including opening up clinic templates to allow for 90+% of patients to be new patients in any given day. Adding the equivalent to a half day of clinic slots to an already full schedule. Having PAs share clinic rooms and MAs (eg 3 rooms split between 2 PAs with one MA). Safety issues galore!

Work for a large department (80+ PAs/NPs) in an academic facility. We have lost a handful of PAs this year. The bean counters have determined that we are not meeting budget (despite year over year being in the green significantly) and therefore have made significant and very unpopular changes.

My academic hospital does concierge-like care for certain high paying patients where they come one day and get head to toe care with labs, imaging, sees any specialist they want to see, etc. Saw a female pt who was probably a size 4 and was prescribed at glp-1 by the IM MD to help her lose weight.😡

Airport lines are long for ONE reason: Republicans are demanding federal funding for TSA be tethered to funding for ICE. That’s it. Forcing Democrats to choose between more brutality and murder in the streets or lines at the airport. I’m ok waiting in line to keep our streets safe from ICE.
