20 pieces of #art, 1 per day, that inspired you. #Day8 The Altar of the Lie in St. Peter’s spoke to me as it looks like a painting, but it is instead a mosaic. I expected that a mosaic would be a bit disjointed, but not here. The cerulean of the robes was so intense that it stayed with me.

When we were regularly visiting Yellowstone 10 years ago, I kept hearing that wolves are bigger than coyotes. But I didn’t find that useful because, to me, “bigger than” does not tell me anything if I am seeing an individual animal. Then I saw my first wolf. The difference is obvious! 😂
