TTI is Terrain Testing Instrument of the Pakistani rover on Chang'e 8, mentioned days ago at the Tiandu forum. Folks at a recent global conference in France still say the mission is going ahead. TTI folks are quite a tertiary source, let's see what CMSA says.

China’s Yaogan-50 (02) satellite appears to have fragmented in orbit, with at least 43 debris objects tracked so far. The cause remains unknown. It’s a legitimate space-debris concern, but breakups have affected U.S., Russian as well as Chinese spacecraft.
