China’s Yaogan-50 (02) satellite appears to have fragmented in orbit, with at least 43 debris objects tracked so far. The cause remains unknown. It’s a legitimate space-debris concern, but breakups have affected U.S., Russian as well as Chinese spacecraft.

Everyone translating the CMSA statement is skipping out the critical 'scheduled'! "Chang'e-7 mission does not meet the conditions for launch and cannot be carried out during the scheduled launch window this year." If it were moved to 2027 they would flatly say next year.
