As I mentioned last week, X still definitely has more physician activity ... but not as much more as you'd think given @bsky.app's fledgling status. 4x more doctors posted from #ASH24 on twitter than on BlueSky, but normalized engagement was more than 2x higher on BlueSky! #MedSky #OncSky

After analyzing physicians posting from the ASH24 conference, we saw that there were roughly 4x as many doctors posting on X as compared to BlueSky (240 to 929), but that normalized engagement was more than twice as high on BlueSky
