Tofu came out very crumbly. Idk if it was me putting the acid in too quickly/while it was boiling, or if I just need a better blender for a smoother texture. Still tastes like yummy tofu though :9

Tried making cookies with the leftover soybean pulp, now I'm wondering if the baking time was enough to cook it since it was raw soybean pulp. I'll let y'all know if I'm in the hospital later.
