Speaking of, before i forget: drive.google.com/drive/folder... a few SFW mcdfs of the old man for whoever wishes to pull him to celebrate. Only rule is /NO NSFW/ unless i consent to it expressly. DMs are open, but don't expect much.

>>And now my glasses are fogging so, yeah. Thanks to everyone who has been at Thane's side so far on this journey. For anyone who might be. I might not hit all the marks, but if the old dog and me left any positive ones at all, i call it a job well done. May the Comet light your steps, folks.

>>I don't think i'm a good person. I try to be, but i won't delve on that too much now. I don't think he'd let me if he was here, hehe. I do think though, that by trying to be more like this old man, little by little...idk, maybe i can be. "I just gotta try", as he would say.>>

>>But, back to the man of the hour. Thane saved me in more ways than i can count. Because of who he is, who i wanted him to be, i had to learn how to try to be patient, how to try to be kind even when that needs you to grit your teeth and do it.>>

Phoenix and Murdock teaming up you say?

100

ChimaeraEd///Thane Morne on FFXIV @chimaeraed.bsky.social · 18h

Thane should NOT do healing, his aether control is canonically ass. If he HAD to...maybe WHM, only because the others feel too brainy for who he is as a person. DPS is MNK. There is no debate. Tank is a little more complicated but i'd say either GNB or DRK.

"How can you not be angry?"

"I am angry," the werewolf said "but unlike you, I don't have the luxury of showing it without being called a monster. Without someone taking it as a sign of proof that I need to be put down like a rabid dog, that I'm just like what the stories tell you."

"But everyone gets angry... that's human."

"Up until the point when you're not human."

Like, who had the bright idea of gatekeeping a person's right to accessing their own documentation behind the obligation to either: A) Have an account on a specific bank. B) Have a driver's license. Fuck the folks who live way out in the sticks i guess!!
