The magnificent @chiaraelisabetta.bsky.social from a shoot last year. Finally edited after several delays.

Nude female model wearing a 1920s style wrap in a bohemian styled location.

Model in silk lingerie looking thoughtful in a boudoir setting.

Nude model wearing statement necklace with body chains against black background.

Black and white image of model wearing sports vest and underwear. She pulls the top up to show the underside of her breasts and her pants are pulled down to show her stomach.

A lifetime ago.. summer of 2014 with DG.. he’s back on Purpleport under the name ‘Eroticique’s’ after a long break - go look him up & show some love 🖤 I took him to my hometown & we made Gosport look sexy before upgrading with a trip to Paris a few months later. (This is Gosport Chezza - enjoy 😆)

Worked with an incredible guy in my home today.. wonderful photographer, Darren (Ron13) with FLAWLESS GOLDEN RETRIEVER ENERGY - loved it and him! Belly laughed all day. He brought a bin-liner (and a camera lol) and this is what we produced..! 🖤

First shoot of 2025 today.. fabulous start to my 20th year modelling! It’s no secret I hibernate over winter.. never in a rush to get back to the grind because winter for me is a period of downtime.. been resting, eating lots, exercising & stretching lots, but F me, what a shoot! 📷: Darren (Ron13)

Still waiting for the result but I know it’ll be negative as I’ve had more mammograms & ultrasounds over the past year. The (single) boob pain I’m on about is #perimenopause pain with random growth spurts.. been happening on & off now for 18 months.. yep that’s a thing! #breastcancerawareness

Some of my self-portrait photography.. I haven’t made time for this for quite a while.. shall I do more in 2025 or stick to modelling for other photographers? Are photographers bothered by models taking photos of themselves on the side? #selfportrait #nikond850 #selfportraitphotographer

I didn’t really do a HNY post, did I.. since Jan 1st, I’ve been long fasting, I took time out to relax, spent silly & wholesome time with my best friend, won £100 on premium bonds & had a spa day. So HAPPY NEW YEAR! Photo: 1st Jan 2022 in Betancuria, Fuerteventura by @simonfairclough.bsky.social

86 hour fast complete!! First food since Wednesday.. feed your gut first.. salad (with cider vinegar & olive oil) is the best thing to put in first after a fast as it’s carbs for the microbiome.. THEN add the protein. I never thought I’d say eating salad feels euphoric, but it did this morning! 😆

Chiara Elisabetta: UK model ✨ @chiaraelisabetta.bsky.social · 04/01/2025

Lots of reasons to do a long fast, although I do not recommend trying a long fast if you haven’t fasted before.. always good to start with a 12hr fast, then slowly up the time to 14hrs, then 16, 18, 20 & work up from there.

Ok so I haven’t eaten or drank anything other than water & black coffee for more than 3 full days.. why would anyone do that, right? Well, it gives your digestive system a rest, heals inflammation, helps ADHD symptoms massively, clears brain fog afterwards, makes you feel genuinely great..

Been fasting 39 hours of 85, so almost halfway (only consuming water & black coffee & haven’t needed to take electrolytes yet) 46hrs to go til breakfast 9am Sunday & feel good again this morning.. headache has cleared; yesterday was harder than previous fasts on day 1! #fastingforhealth #autophagy

Over 5hrs into an 85hr fast which my body really needs (and sleep, argh but not so good at that 🤪) Just gonna anticipate it being a breeze as I’m not new to long fasts or fasting in general, but it does absolute wonders for poor mental health & a sluggish immune system as well as physical ailments..

New Year’s Eve! More strength, less stress for 2025.. things to feel good rather than look good: 🔸 Oiling hair with essential oils blended with a carrier like olive oil 🔸 Scalp massage & scratches 🔸 Soft non-underwired underwear which fits & is comfortable, even if it’s a larger size 🔸 Stretching!

Some of my favourite UK traditions: mulled wine with orange, Baileys in coffee, mince pies with cheese, holly centrepiece from the garden, charity shop candles, Motown Christmas songs from the 60s / 70s, talking animal films, decorating everythinggg, turning inward.. 🌲 #christmas #homeforchristmas

You can take yourself seriously. You can take yourself lightly. You can deconstruct and reconstruct yourself. Very few people will care. And that's the whole point , isn't it?

Thank you @mikenicoll.bsky.social for summarising how I feel every time I step into my comfort zone - wild, proud, vulnerable yet uninhibited.. using & loving my body, youth, creativity, sexuality.. Thank you for immortalising that feeling in ink & pencil, so I may never forget x
