I saw on TikTok that many women are having major relief from PMDD with a combination of Zyrtec and Pepcid AC (generic is fine). Something about blocking both types of histamine receptors leaving them calm. I want to try it here shortly myself.

I just got the call from DSHS, I am officially approved for state disability cash assistance for two years. This is a major relief for me and will give my body some time to heal while paying my credit cards back down (fortunately it will only take about two months to get back down to zero again) 😮‍💨💕

I’ve been told my whole life I am depressed and anxious, that it could be autism/ADHD. Now I’m learning that I am dysautonomic and my body is holding me hostage. It’s hard accepting that I’ve relied on coping mechanism that no longer serve me, and that my core problems went unaddressed my whole life

I’m having a hard day myself. I’m learning more about POTS and how I could be having non psychiatric catatonia or even non epileptic seizures. How my body is being tricked into adrenaline dumping and I’m just trying to navigate through these bad days and still maintain some semblance of life.

After a year and a half I’ve finally gotten my hair cut and eyebrows waxed. Went to a beauty academy a short walk from my apartment and only paid $24. They were so nice and taught me how to take better care of my hair. I feel beautiful again :3

While I would be quite curious to try this, I’m almost positive that Medicaid won’t cover this one for me… even EMDR therapy is nearly impossible to find. I’ll look into it just in case though 👍

I’m not entirely sure if I have Autism or CPTSD (narcissistic mother and some other things). I believe I was taught from a young age that I was wrong for feeling things. “Too sensitive” “dramatic” would come up a lot and it gave me limerence for anyone that was nice to me essentially.

I’ve been doing it on and off for roughly 10 years and I’ve found that I always hit the point with therapists telling me that I am well aware of my thoughts, triggers and intellectualizing what’s happened in my life. I am stuck unable to express my emotions in any healthy capacity without blowing up

Does anyone know some online resources for EMDR/somatic/bilateral audio therapy? I see a counselor and psychiatrist later this month but want some other tools. I’m finding that CBT is basically gaslighting for Autism 🤷‍♀️

I feel like that encapsulates how I’ve been too. Got laid off from a job I hated, trying to get diagnosed for hEDS and POTS… hoping to get back on ADHD meds and get some energy back. I want to get back into art and tattooing as a new career. Avoiding the news as much as I can 😅
