Search results for hashtag democrat shows three results, all of which relate to foreign democracies, not the US.

Search results for hashtag republican include the complete term as both singular and plural, i.e. hashtag republicans.

Search results for democrat without the hashtag offer multiple prompts like democratic memes plus democrat profiles and pages
