Cape Range’s subterranean streams harbour rare, endemic stygofauna, primarily the Blind Gudgeon Milyeringa veritas (growing up to 5 cm long) these critically protected, translucent fish lack eyes and pigmentation. Tantabiddi Boat ramp sinkhole, Cape Range National Park, Western Australia.
A small colourless fish about 3 cm long lacking eyes, normally lives in underground caves, here seen at the surface in a sinkhole amongst freshwater algae.

Dinosaur trackways laid down during the early cretaceous period; some 120 million years ago possibly those of theropods, three toed carnivorous dinosaurs that walked on two legs. Mind blowing - Gantheaume Point, Western Australia..
