There's a reason hairdressers still have jobs - and why tech writers do too. You could go without, but don't be surprised when your "roots" show.

Something we built recently: A small AI-based tool that analyses HTML help pages, suggests appropriate metadata, and generates an updated version of the file. It can work on uploaded files or websites, in single or bulk mode.

Policies and procedures should always be the SSOT to prevent errors and inconsistencies. Is your documentation unified? #Procedures #Writing
