Game of Thrones Season 3: It's been a while so I'm glad the show was happy to refresh me on a lot of things. This season felt like a bit of a slow burn but I still had a good time seeing everything shape up. Joffrey gotta be one of the most deranged children out there someone deal with that kid

Rick and Morty Season Nine: Weird to finally be caught up. It's a season with a lot of highs, and it feels like they've more or less hit a stride again where even the weaker episodes are worth a few laughs. Feels like they've weeded out the things I hated most about earlier seasons by now.

Find Squidward: Truly a masterclass in game design, with a very addictive game feel and a sense of satisfaction whenever you manage to complete one of the levels. One of the finest ways to test your brain that I've come across in quite sometime. I will hunt that squid to the ends of the earth.

Lost (as a whole): One of the most compelling mystery series I've sat through in a long time, with oodles of heartbreaking moments and really engaging character development, it's easy to see why this was so huge in the 2000's. It felt very worth it following this all the way. I want to go back.

Lost Season Six: That Epilogue's gonna have to drop the ball hard for me to not have this as an all timer. A very satisfying and emotional conclusion that does so much to give all the cast fully realized endings and complete their arcs in ways that I think will really stick with me for a long time

Chainsmoker Cat: I'm a bit ashamed how funny I find this show One of the most pathetic and unlikeable casts of all time and I mean that fully positively, with really crude but effective humor and surprisingly amazing animation, it works a whole lot better than it should. Can't wait for more.

Sonic Generations Mostly a pretty fun time, even someone relatively unexperienced to the series can feel the celebratory angle this is going for and it gets a lot of mileage out of trying to blend all sorts of games & styles into one neat package. Can't say I enjoyed a lot of sub-missions though.

Delicious in Dungeon Season 1: It's sweet, it's silly, it's got a lot of that signature Trigger charm, and it really activates my want to cook whenever they roll out an interesting new recipe. It's a pretty fun watch that while basic has a lot to say about community and cuisine, it appeals to me.

Sonic Colors (DS): Not all the gimmicks were for me, but generally a pretty easy game to sink my teeth into and just kill time with, the Wisps make for an unique mechanic (don't like the Drill one though) and was fairly simple but in a good way, felt actually worth my time to get the emeralds even

Lost Season 5: Wow. The pieces of the puzzle are finally starting to connect, resulting in some of the most harrowing experiences of the show thus far and really hammering in the morally gray narrative the show has taken on, the finale in particular was pretty jaw dropping in all it revealed.

WarioWare Gold: Very short, but very fun to pick up and play. If I'd gotten around to this when it came out it would've been a great car ride game with its addictive game loop with all the charm of the older titles, if maybe a bit easier than them. Best of all it has beloved character Ashley.

Oblivious Romantic Idiots: Really adorable lil Visual Novel that does a lot to really capture the charm of Little Witch Academia and make a lot of the development towards the ship feel very natural and keeping them in character. Made me smile a lot and I love that this fandoms still going strong.

Sonic Mania: I could never get the hang of 2D Sonic, but this one was very forgiving for a less experienced player with a lot of charm and even I can acknowledge some of the more endearing fan nods, I felt like I was learning as I went and every level felt satisfying to beat. Good time overall

Pokémon Adventures (As a Whole): It's been a fun project through the year going through all this finally, and I think it's a very cool adaptation of the games that finds a lot of its own identity and carves out a very unique and refreshing niche in the franchise. Well worth the praise of its fans.

Cherry Witch @cherry-witch.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

Pokémon Adventures: Scarlet & Violet Arc: Finds a good way to manage the more open nature of these games by comparison to the past, and has some interesting protagonists. Follows the story pretty closely but not one-to-one either so it feels fresh. Very queer coded. Can't wait to see it continue.

Pokémon Heart & Soul: For the most part a well paced and fun demake of gen 4 that makes even someone more critical of the Johto games have a pretty good time for the most part, though very marred down by a very egregious last boss. I'd say give it a shot if you need a fresh look at this region tho

Lost Season 4: I wasn't feeling this season at first, but it has some of the most emotionally heavy moments in the show thus far later on, and seeing how far everyone's come and how there's still so much mystery to unpack yet, I definitely was getting back into it. I need to know what's next

Sonic Adventure DX: Despite what I was told for a long time now, I thought this is a game that was perfectly playable now and I had a fun enough romp through, with short but sweet bursts of gameplay and enough things to do to never get boring, and was a good sort-of entry point for me I felt.

Marvel Two-In-One (1974): Fun little set of stories, though in particular I am very enamored by a pseudo Rocky story with The Thing against this dude who he has no business being up against, it makes for a funny but charming story, and Champion is a character I think should be in more stuff tbh.
