A similar state exists for con crunch, but lately I haven't been able to access it. Maybe I unequipped my mega stone.

I drew, printed and laser-cut the trophies for this event today! Being able to make custom stuff on short turnaround times is one of my favourite things to do.

Tonight we all logged onto Big Walk with the express intent to lock ourselves in a room for 30 minutes and work on art while we were in there. Here’s what I made in that time.

A Big Walk character with a dark blue-green head, black body and dark green legs. They are seated on the ground, cross-legged while wearing a whiteboard in their backpack. They are sleeping and someone has written “kick me” on the whiteboard.

It is a portrait of the host of the lobby who booted the game so we could go hang in the room and do nothing for 30 minutes but hey we’re doing nothing anyway so we brought their idle character with us.

There’s still a sticker design in here, I think!

The inkling from the previous artwork, cropped to the bust up. A blue speech bubble below them says “We can RAID it!”

Chenonetta ⏩ Adelaide Artcade A05 @chenonetta.com · 23/07/2026

Happy Raiders day! I started this artwork with the plan to create a sticker of the Mechanic, and then somehow it turned into a whole print design! #splatoon #splatoonRaiders

Illustration of the Mechanic from Splatoon Raiders. They are depicted as a slightly muscular inkling with brown skin, and a “hairstyle” with blue, teal and orange tones. They are holding an adjustable wrench in front of their face, peeking through the gap at the “mouth” of the wrench.

They are leaning against a palm-like tree. In the background is a beach where Frye and Big Man can be seen and a distant Shiver in the ocean. Even further out on the horizon are shapes reminiscent of a Salmon Run level

I wasn’t previously aware of it but it came up when I googled for displaying 3D models so I just assumed it was a 3D focused lib from the name! I guess I’ll have to find reasons to poke around in it a bit more.

110

Chenonetta ⏩ Adelaide Artcade A05 @chenonetta.com · 27/06/2026

Unfortunately not sorry :( Usually the way that Aussie stamp rallies work is that artists contribute their art for the collaboration but after the event the artists can choose to use the art for their own merch. So they won’t be together again after this event.

110

Chenonetta ⏩ Adelaide Artcade A05 @chenonetta.com · 27/06/2026

I got to learn (ie, copy/paste) Three.js for this! I couldn’t work out how to nicely colour the nodes so it’s two separate intersecting models. If it works it works.

I'd be totally fine with "Alecat's" subs being public, but not under "Chenonetta". I struggled a lot in the past with the separate-ness of these two entities and ended up just not thinking about it, but now Patreon is forcing me to think about it again and it's making my head hurt.

030

Chenonetta ⏩ Adelaide Artcade A05 @chenonetta.com · 03/06/2026

My creator account demographics and my fan account demographics aren't the same and I want to interact differently based on the context. I prefer the split feeds and completely separate manner of interacting with the site.

130

Chenonetta ⏩ Adelaide Artcade A05 @chenonetta.com · 03/06/2026

Patreon is prompting me to combine my Creator and Fan accounts and I cannot envision why I would want to do so. I interact with the Patreons I'm subbed to as my Alecat persona; I don't want "Chenonetta Creations" to take over that role.
