This year I decided that I wanted to make sure I don't see everything through the lens of Salesforce. So that I spent the day at #BigDataLDN It was interesting to hear so many variations of data & AI conversations. The big takeaway, everybody is taking AI but there is still a long way to go.

Agentforce has been a massive part of my role over the past few months, so I am excited to share that this morning, I passed my AI Specialist exam. It was a nice step up from the associate exam, taking the key principles and how they are used in a Salesforce context. #TrailblazerCommunity
