Played the demo for Inkblood. Very interesting and down for the full release. I really loved how interactive it felt without a whole lot of movement and really enjoyed the puzzles. Would be a perfect gloomy and rainy game for October!

While I still had a good time, I think The Sinking City 2 lost a lot of uniqueness in it's sequel to feel more like the modern RE games, down to the enemies just kinda feeling like standard zombies. Missed the gritty feeling of the first game and the lived in city. It's still a fine survival horror.

Finished The Incident at Galley House with my partner the other night and I really recommend it for those of you who love mysteries and detective games, like me. It's definitely one of my favorites of the year so far. Doesn't hold your hand and genuinely makes you feel cool for discovering things.

Ended up grabbing The Sinking City Remastered on sale because I was too curious. I had a great time and sought out as much of the side content I could find. The most I fought with the game was sometimes the weather effects were blinding. I just liked it, I guess!

Finished The Dream Of A Cockspur and visually it was one of the more interesting and massively stylized games I've played in a long time. It's a surreal sci-fi almost nightmare type of game with some neat puzzles in a point and click type fashion. I didn't connect with the story much at all, sadly.

Finished Foghorns Drown, which was interesting and I was really looking forward to it after the demo. It looks great, sounds unsettling, & I was really intrigued by the entire set-up of characters as the story built up to something uncomfortable. It was just too short to nail the ending for me.

I finished Reanimal a bit ago with my partner and it's a great, dark, foreboding game with a story that doesn't quite match the beautiful environments and character/enemy designs. I feel like Little Nightmares 1&2 felt much more complete and satisfying. I really enjoyed the co-op aspect and had fun!

Played Mole and loved Mole. Visually very beautiful with very haunting sounds surrounding you, while at the same time feeling very alone as you figure out what's going on. I think the gameplay and the narrative were interwoven well and some sequences made me feel so tense in my playthrough.

Played the demo for The Sinking City 2 and it's interesting? I never got around to playing the first one, but I might check it out. It's rough gameplay wise, struggles with performance. The story does kind of catch me, and when the demo ended I was sad because I wanted to see what was ahead.

Finished Dread Fields, which was pretty pleasant. Routine based cozy farming game where creepy things start to unravel. Enjoyed myself somewhat, but feels like it could use a lot more in story and atmosphere. Loved Chicha the cat.

Finished The Last Cat in the Universe and really loved it. It's deeply touching and pulls at your heart if you have ever owned a pet. I had no idea it could rain so hard in my bedroom.

Played Creature Kitchen by @therat.zone and it was all kinds of lovely. Truly a nice balance of spooky and cozy, enough game to really relax on a night in. Enjoyed all the animal friends, enjoyed finding recipes, and making some meals. Loved it.

I finished Forbidden Solitaire and it was so much fun. I had to finish it in one sitting [almost]. Genuinely enjoyable to play through, loved all the visuals, and the story is really neat/short. I recommend!
