Is there any artist who is interested in perhaps taking Saoirse's pose? I, as the admin, currently have her, but I have not found time, nor motivation to complete her Path Action. She's been playable for about 5 months, and soon the project will be delayed by me not completing her.

Chosen one Zero (both M and F) 🥺 #octopath #octopathtraveler #octopathtraveler0

The male protagonist (Zero) from hit game octopath traveler 0 doing one of his path action pose.

Zero is in his type 2 pose from the character creation (as seen in the screenshot at the top right corner of the canvas). Raising his fist as if he is modeling , ring of the flamebringer shining. Since the whole goal of these redraw is to train myself at doing more complicated poses, the other two types felt ...meh.

He's in his wishvale outfit. I like the other outfits but i wanted to be as neutral as possible. His design also is one I took from the trailers (minus the blue eyes, that's was me) Tried to make his hair similar to that one flameguard guy but also different (iykyk)

Next to his head, top left corner , you have a bubble dialogue with 2 out of the 4 path actions available. The other 2 are with the female one next slide.

Female protagonist (Zero) from hit game octopath traveler 0.

Her design is based on my own playthough, but I changed her hair and eyes color to look more like her male counterpart from the trailer and the previous slide.
Since there's no "default" female zero outfit references outside of the ingame sprites I had to improvise. I did my best to design her as neutral as possible, so I gave her the wishvale attire from the prologue.
I gave her bangs a similar shape to that one flameguard guy I draw sometimes *wink wink*

Unlike the male pose types, the female ones are super cool. Hard to decide which one to pick so I settled on the one I choose for my playthrough.

Next to her hand wearing the ring of the flamebringer there's a little ghostly Aelfric head peace signing. It's not canon, but I thought having a little Aelfric popping from time to gives commentary but only visible to his chosen one was a funny idea lol.
I could only add him in the female art because there was already a lot on the male one and couldn't fit him next to the ring.

Next to her head on the right side you have a bubble text with 2 of the 4 path actions possible. The other 2 are with the male one (and it's fitting with the pose i think, reminds me of agnea from ot2)

applejack comic from 2024

p1: Twilight approaches Applejack, who is wearing an apple that encompasses her head. Twi: Heyyy Applejack, can we talk for a sec?
p2: Applejack smiles at Twilight. AJ: Sure Twi, what's on your mind? Twi: Well the girls and I are a little curious about your uh... headgear... situation.
p3: Applejack is confused but perks up. AJ: Headgear? What'd'ya-- Oh!
p4: AJ places her signature hat on her head.
p5: AJ, with the hat balancing on top of the apple hat, smiles. AJ: Better. Twi, offscreen: Applejack.

Traveler #29: Alfyn!

Alfyn is sitting cross-legged on the ground while he works. He's grinding medicine in his mortar, which rests in his lap against his right leg. He digs around in his satchel with his free hand. He says "Let's get down to work!" which is his English max boost line from Octopath Traveler 0.

Traveler #28: Rondo!

Rondo is solemnly kneeling while facing the viewer. He has one hand on the ground while the other rests on his knee. His eyes are closed, and he's smiling. Written next to him is "The blue flame is my soul, my guardian." He says that a lot, but it's also his English voice line when he uses the skill Holy Flame.

EIGHT DAY #PPAPrompt! 🐙🎨 Time: October 8th - October 18th Characters are randomly chosen, this time it's: Laurana, EX1 Rondo, Mooloo, or Helga I look forward to seeing who you choose! #OctopathTraveler #OctopathCotC #OctopathTraveler2 #OctopathTraveler0

Set 3's Traveler choices for October 8th to October 18th Eight Day.

Laurana, EX1 Rondo, Mooloo, and Helga

Full splash art in the comments!

The General Information Guidelines

They read:

- Every "8" of the month (8, 18, 28) will start up a new prompt, giving you ~10 days to draw your chosen Traveler!

- Choose one (1) Traveler to draw from the four (4) randomly selected each Eight Day!

- The Travelers chosen are randomly selected from categories suitable:
OT1, OT2, or OT0
CotC Misc.
CotC 5-Star
CotC 3 or 4 Star

- Travelers will only come around once (until there is no more of that category), so choose wisely! A favourite, someone new to you, someone you've never drawn before, etc. It's all your choice!

The Rules Sheet

They read:

- Choose only ONE of the potential Travelers. Allow your choice to have a moment to shine!

- Keep it SFW! Project Path Action is an appropriate place for anyone.

- You do not have to draw their Path Action, that is saved for the Project itself.

- You do not have to participate in every Eight Day prompt. Only do so if you want to or have the time!

- Tag me, or QRP the current prompt! Be sure to use the tag #PPAPrompt as well!

- Any finish level is fine! Sketches, chibis, full illustrations, etc. It is up to you! Be sure to have fun!

A blank version of the Eight Day Prompts art summary.

A transparent copy is included in the comments!

I drew Xerc for this 8 day! Xerc has used his soulstone expertise to set up a firework show atop Wishvale's hill! He's very proud of himself, of course. Coloring around all the fireworks was challenging, but I think it came out nicely!

Xerc is standing proudly with one hand on his hip as he gestures behind him towards the fireworks in the night sky. There are six explosions of fireworks, one for each element. The fireworks show is taking place on Wishvale's hill overlooking the mountains.

Richard is standing proudly while he holds his sword, which rests behind his head and on his shoulders. He looks over his shoulder and says, "Morale couldn't be better!" which is one of his English Octopath Traveler 0 battle quotes when he enters a battle against a strong human (?) enemy.
