fun fact about Kas: for years even before Baldur's Gate I played them as a rogue and they just struggled. Every time. cut to BG3 and this weirdly Pale Elf waltzs in oozing charm, snark, and skill; everything Kas was SUPPOSED to be as a rogue. Now they're a bard, who still struggles.

And here's one of their other kids! I see no family resemblance. What if a personified wet sock decided to pretend to be a street smart cool cat and then got real sad about it. Maybe they'll grow out of it and actually become a person or just grab a pickaxe to see what's past rock bottom.
