Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 04/10/2026I think I'm just gonna shift from writing random one-shot stories now that I'm a li'l more confident in my writing.... Might take a bit to get the first chapter into a state I'm happy with but it should be smooth(er) sailing from there. 010

Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 28/09/2026Chapter 3 of the Ratwell Vignettes has been posted! The writing bug really took over the past week or so, I've barely even been drawing lol. archiveofourown.org/works/930967...archiveofourown.orgVignettes of Clan Ratwell - Chapter 3 - Cheese_Particle - Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift [Archive of Our Own]An Archive of Our Own, a project of the Organization for Transformative Works 010

Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 23/09/2026Today I posted my first couple Ratwell stories on AO3! At the moment I'm mostly just writing vignettes as practice, but I've been having a lot of fun with it. If anybody is interested, check them out here: archiveofourown.org/works/930967...archiveofourown.orgVignettes of Clan Ratwell - Chapter 1 - Cheese_Particle - Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift [Archive of Our Own]An Archive of Our Own, a project of the Organization for Transformative Works 010
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 20/09/2026It just took me over a decade to realize how much of an impact that had on me. I think deep down I always wanted to write and draw out my own characters, but I guess I just never let myself be unabashedly weird about the thing I love until now. Chemistry was never my true passion, turns out. 000
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Art wise, I wear my main influence on my sleeve lol. As a kid I would stay up for hours almost every night poring through my brothers' Final Fantasy Tactics strategy guide, looking at all the art and planning what my team would have. Naturally, when FFTA2 came out, my mind was blown. 100
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Honestly I don't think I can pick any one game. Growing up with two brothers that were 4+ years older and already into video games, it was almost just a fact of life for me from the start. Ocarina of Time stands out in my head as one of my fav games to watch them play, but it might not be the first 100
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 18/09/2026If you see this, post your green art! Good timing! Just painted my green mage; I don't usually stick to 1 color often enough to post on these but I think this counts 010
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 18/09/2026Now in color! Had an interesting time transitioning it from grayscale; colors are maybe a bit wonky but I'm happy for now. #ffta2 #viera 010
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Practiced clothes and crosshatching today; kinda got a lil messy but it still looks neat. I was also trying to study Yusuke Mogi's style but I kinda lost the plot pretty quick lol... (She's mad cuz she lost her hat) #viera #ffta2 010
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 16/09/2026YES, oh my gosh I felt like I was crazy liking it too lmao. I'm not usually into Star Wars stuff but it was so fun! And the character designs!! Maybe campy at times but camp is fun!!! 100
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 15/09/2026Guess I wasn't kidding about being excited to draw Kyn more! Debated posting this at all but ahh what the hell, I've got 🔞 in my bio for a reason. I actually feel kinda bad drawing a pinup before figuring her character out lol; just feels wrong for some reason. Sorry, Kyn... #bangaa 010
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 14/09/2026I've been practicing writing lately and I'm very quickly realizing that I'm just extremely slow when it comes to any sort of creative endeavor lol 010
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 14/09/2026Just learned that my head canon for how the different Ivalice races age relative to each other is actually pretty close to canon. Now my plot contrivance for why Arte retires long before Linette and Lenot isn't even a contrivance, hooray! 010
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Introducing Kyn, the feathered Bangaa. She's from a subspecies that I made up called the Kar Kuşu Bangaa. All I know about her right now is that she's a Bishop/Templar, but I've got a few ideas floating around for her backstory/personality. I'm already excited to draw her more! #ffta2 #bangaa 010

Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 05/09/2026Personally I think Bangaa Bishop and Templar are my favorite designs; I love how gentle they look and something about being a contrarian and using a Bangaa as a mage appeals to me lol 100
Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 04/09/2026Wasn't sure what to draw today so I tried to draw Lottie from @yourlocalcryptid.bsky.social 's fic, 'Echoes that Tie the World'. Was kinda fun coming up with a look just based off of a written description; hopefully she looks alright! 052

Cheesy @cheeseparticle.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Agreed! My DS lite is still functional (somehow...) but the two save files are occupied by my BF's current playthrough and my original run from way back when that I keep around for nostalgia's sake. I've been wanting to do a new playthrough myself but emulating it just ain't the same. 010
Reposted by CheesyYour Local Cryptid @yourlocalcryptid.bsky.social · 02/09/2026I know I could emulate them, I still have my Advance SP and 3DS to play the OGs (that i have physical copies of), but my SP's battery has long fried and requires constant juice and I don't always feel like opening my 3DS, yknow. Port them, dammit. 111
