cheese drawn in very messy scribbles, a creature with big floppy ears, (barely noticeable here) horns, and fluffy shoulder-length hair, vaguely lying down with arm(s?) across chest, colored in vague patches of color with a big splotch of pink across the entire neck and half of the face, interrupted by scribbles in contrasting colors.
the background is solid oversaturated (in comparison) lime green.

person sitting, one knee up, another leg bent but on the surface, looking towards the viewer without any emotion. the half of their face that's facing the viewer is missing, as if it shattered away, leaving a dark hollow space inside. inside there is something resembling a black hole, except dripping orange liquid from it, pooling in the area of their neck, and dripping downwards from across their shoulder - changing color there as it flows further to a purple - and chin, a few drops on the bent arm supporting it. from the hole, a large amount of colorful clouds and squiggles emerge, some with slightly more detail, crying or screaming or baring their teeth, some more abstract, no obvious purpose to them. one such cloud is bumping against their cheek. the person looks grey in comparison to the clouds floating, even their t-shirt and shorts are desaturated. some of the hair is falling over the gap in their head. the surface they're sitting on is also quite desaturated but filled with di

i've sticked to these four for so long lmao. third one is just the second one but with slightly tweaked settings #i-guess-this-kinda-mirrors-me-sticking-mostly-to-pencil-and-eraser-on-paper-but-slowly-trying-out-more-techniques

krita showing four brushes, three of them default - "b) basic-5 size" (it's a round brush changing only size with pen pressure), "b) basic-5 size opacity" (which is the same but also changes opacity with pressure, the custom one that looks about the same (iirc it has a slower curve for opacity+size changes), and "u) pixel art fill" (which has hard borders and changes sizes with pen pressure)

took a bit of a break from drawing with the tablet while handling offline things and now i'm trying to get back into it

a shadowy scribbly figure looks with distaste at the expressionless head it holds in its hand. a body stands on the surface the figure is leaning on, where its head should be just a void. there are two other heads lyind deattached - one of a feline-ish creature, the other with a very artificial smile, rolled to the side to reveal it has a disc matching the shape of the void of the headless body - it says "attach here".
the body and heads are colored in purple, while the figure has some white streaks in for coloring, its face instead being done with circling lines of the same color as the rest of the sketch lines. the face is where those lines got erased, with white underneath highlighting them further

pencil drawn comic. young cheese (without any identifying features) is looking up at a silhouette walking next to them, "I mean I do stutter sometimes-"
they get interrupted, the silhouette now leaning in with a raised finger, head obstructed by speech bubble, "Actually, you don't stutter. You stammer. That's different", cheese looks surprised at that. the other continues walking, and cheese falls a little behind, looking very unsure and somewhat upset.
years later.
cheese leans back in a chair, sitting criss cross, pondering. "hmmmmm." he sits up to lean on the table, grabbing a mouse for the laptop propped on a box. "the hell is the difference between my speech issues and stuttering, anyway?"
a wikipedia article for "Stuttering" gets shown. it goes "Stuttering, also known as stammering,"
cheese sits in silence with an incomprehensible expression, a strained smile and raised eyebrows forming slight creases.

it is draw(sic) a terrible comic day. cheese excitedly proclaims "I'm gonna draw a comic!!", thinking "I can manage a quick comic and my deadlines!!". he sits down in front of his laptop, hand with tablet pen raised dramatically in hand, expression blank.
cheese realises "Oh. I don't know what to draw."
"well... might as well warm up with a doodle. perhaps with that guy*..."
he laughs with an expression as if he was plotting something, thoughts filled with a demon guy smiling with sparkles around,
(* "that guy" referring to a character he has been fixated for over a month.)
some time passes...
cheese looks significantly more dishevelled than before. his eyes widen as he regains awareness, "Ah. I got a bit too into it... What time is it-"
the clock shows 19:40. "FUCK-"

the comic itself is in grayscale sketches, the speech/thought bubbles are the only thing colored (in purple).

read the sentence "Painting white includes the area, painting black excludes it, and all other colors are turned into a shade of gray which applies proportionally." multiple times and it still did not hit me that what i am trying to make into the included area is getting excluded

it also seems like it does change my timings when i try to change the framerate even if the timings were set in seconds which is unfortunate. changing timing with the storyboard is easier than just doing it on the animation timeline though so it's still worth using in the future for me i think
