Started gym again after relying on football and a bike for years. It’s really hitting home how neglected the upper half of my body is. Years of Football mean my legs recover in one sleep but my shoulders and chest are still sore 2 days after lifting to failure.

This situation with Arsenal has not left my head. If - a huge if - he is proven innocent, the club can just about justify their actions. Even then the desire to renew the contract is questionable. If he’s guilty and they protected him, the club is no longer a place I see my values reflected.

I played Pro Clubs on EAFC/FIFA at a competitive level for years. I have played thousands of hours of that game mode alone. I watch, read, listen or play football every day. Rematch is simply the best football game ever made. Give the devs all the money and all the licences.
