Anthropic have just proposed a massive new data centre in Queensland which will mean more gas in the Dalby region, which has already been severely impacted by coal seam gas. Oh, and Anthropic is also helping the US military select schools to airstrike in Iran, as well as building a predictive surveillance model to track anti-AI activists.

Labor tells you more data centres are good for the economy, but it was recently revealed Anthropic is operating at a $42 billion loss. Anthropic is largely propped up from investments from Google, Amazon and Microsoft - all donors to the Australian Labor Party.
