I worry that yet again a forgotten aspect of this will be trans healthcare, where people face completely unacceptable waiting times well beyond what we're used to elsewhere in the NHS. It's not a big ask for trans people to want shorter waiting lists and fair healthcare.

I've noticed a significant jump in train companies refusing delay repay refunds on spurious grounds. Shame on South Western Railway for refusing a refund they are legally obligated to give, only to accept it on appeal. Chancers. Lots of people would trust them and lose out.
