This tornado was a fun one On July 13th 2023 Wisconsin was under just a risk for general thunderstorms, but by midday the ingredients were present for a sneaky tornado threat! A few thunderstorms managed to fire up, and this one produced an EF0 outside of Janesville. #weather #wiwx
