When interacting with art, we start by looking, not assuming, and simply noticing. My first response to art is not polished, but rather instinctual. Color, material, emotion. Naive, maybe, but honest.

The choice of material changes the interpretation of the artwork. Materials speak to me before the form does. Steel feels rigid and industrial, while fabric suggests softness or vulnerability. It shapes the whole narrative.
