Happy colors. Taken on an iPhone 17 Pro with Hipstamatic. Ok. I just said it would be a little bit before I got back to posting. But I couldn’t resist sharing the stationery that arrived today. It’s so bright and cheery. The pink clip is sparkly and the white clip glows in the dark. You can never have too many clips.

I know it’s been quiet regarding photos and such. I’ve been a little overwhelmed with things. I am currently getting ready to vend at the “Come As You Are” Festival on the 10th of October hosted by the NTX Pride Foundation. It’s my third year doing so and the first event that I am vending a booth by myself. (I believe that once this is over, I will be able to post again with more frequency. I have lots to share beyond the photos. I’m excited to share it all, I just don’t have the brain space at the moment. (I have new fountain pens! And Ink! And I met some awesome people! Hello. Hi. Photo taken with iPhone 17 Pro with Hipstamatic. This actually makes me curious where the analog inspiration comes from for the lenses/films/flashes that Hipstamatic comes up with.

You can’t see me. Photo taken with iPhone 17 Pro with Hipstamatic. Can you see the crow? I love the way this turned out. For the last week or so Hipstamatic has had a suggested daily pairing of lens/film/flash pop up. I’ve taken at least one picture with each. This particular combo is called Tai Hang and features the Chan lens and Kowloon 1839 film. I particularly like the lighting. The crow was actually the second picture I took with this combo. Below is the first.

Shitty Camera challenge Day 10 Trying to snap a picture with one hand and giving a squirrel a peanut with the other is not all that easy. I wasn’t even sure I had gotten the picture until I loaded it onto my phone. This is Tenny. There are a few squirrels that grace the front yard when I toss out peanuts for the crows but Tenny is the only one brave enough to run right up to me to get a peanut.

Shitty Camera challenge Day 9 Sat outside for a little while this morning. I wouldn’t mind the ivy so much if I had put it there intentionally. Can’t figure out how it migrated from the backyard where I tore it all out/off the gazebo (including the dead roots). I’ve actually removed it from here several times but it seems to always find a way back.

Soft enamel pins of a cosplaying llama named Enfys. Choose your fandom. All pins are about 1.5 inches tall and are made with soft acrylic. (Crochet and Knitting Llama are closer to 2")

Shitty Camera challenge Day 8 Note about the camera: this photo was taken with the Kodak Charmera which was inspired by the single use camera - the Kodak Fling from 1987. A digital twist on Fling, the Charmera has 7 photo filters and 4 photo frames.

Taken on an iPhone 17 Pro with Hipstamatic. Have been teaching myself how to draw in Procreate very very slowly. It’s another skill that is teaching me to let go of perfection. This little character is from one of the many “you can draw this” tutorials on YouTube (Art with Flo) I’ve gone through several of their tutorials and really enjoy them.

Shitty Camera challenge Day 7 This was the first picture I took with the Kodak Charmera Millennium edition. I was sitting outside feeding the crows. I used one of the pixel filters but I couldn’t tell you if it was the coral or honey filter because I wasn’t really paying attention. I will say the Millennium pixel filters actually look more pixel like than the the blue, red, and yellow pixel filters from the original.
