After thinking about this for a very long time, I realize I should charge my own self an extra $10 for every item I buy from H-E-B going forward. This way, not only am I still buying the things I’d buy from them anyway – I’m also just paying more for all of it, too. That oughtta teach ‘em.

I hate the post-2016 phase of keyboard warrioring that really made assholery the norm. Online decorum was always a bit murky in the Web 2.0 era, but it's progressively gotten worse. Hopefully, this app is the hard reset most of us need to operate in uncomfortable spaces and conversations.

Beautifully said. There are gonna be learning curves, but there's no reason we shouldn't be seeing sensible decisions made here around decency and civility more often than not. Long way to go, but this is positively in the right direction.
