Why in the world are we opening up mining to a non American company? To punish MN? Mining on these public lands is going to destroy them and take away AMERICAN resources adversarial country's company. Our representatives aren't even SMART ENOUGH TO BE PROPERLY GREEDY. What a bunch of loser idiots.

Impeach Trump. Drag the house speaker back to DC by force if you must. Trump arguing he should eradicate Iran is beyond sabre rattling. It is unacceptable. Republicans are cowards. They are losers. And by permitting this, are war criminals. Each and every one of them. Traitors.

The default answer if Congress doesn't decide on something is NO. Congress's abdication of duty says only they do not approve. Trump hates America. Republicans hate America. Members of Congress who don't push back against these proposed "cuts" hate America. They hate you and want you to suffer.

Spineless cowards in Congress need to be replaced with people who actually can act rally people, AND convince other Congress people of the right course of action. Had we impeached Trump in January, we wouldn't be in war in March.

This war in Iran weakens and depletes American military resources. Americans do not want another senseless and pointless war in the middle east. We can't keep bombing whoever Isreal wants -- how weak of a leader Trump must be to be so easily coreced and manipulated.

I will keep saying this until it sinks in: authoritarians don't take power. They rely on people handing it over. Their entire framework collapses the moment someone says 'no.' And refusing to comply with orders that violate the Constitution isn't just your right — it's your duty.

Charles R. Portwood II @charlesportwoodii.com · 27/02/2026
In total, the order implicates at minimum the 1st, 4th, 5th, 10th, 14th, 15th, 19th (by effect), 24th, and 26th Amendments, plus structural violations of Articles I and III. If this were to be signed, the only answer from states is to say no, refuse to comply.

Hidden in here as well is the ability for any private citizen to download all of this data from USCIS, SSA, USPS, and NCIC data -- we're all private citizens so everyone gets access to everyone else's data via these APIs. Oh and good luck getting those available before Nov.

30-60 days before the vote list freeze, an admin could challenge the voter rolls in mass, forcing removals right before the list is locked. You could be locked out of voting and have no idea, then be charged with voter fraud when you go to vote.

Students are forced to register at the address of their educational institution, not their home state. Oh and remember the part about 1500 voters per precinct?

Overseas citizens are forced to re-register in DC, rather than their state of residence, and limits them to only vote for the President, giving them zero representation from their home state.

Charles R. Portwood II @charlesportwoodii.com · 27/02/2026
But if a state were able to facilitate this by November, every precinct would need to be changed to only support 1500 eligible voters. The EO is unclear what happens, but the intent is disenfranchisement.

Charles R. Portwood II @charlesportwoodii.com · 27/02/2026
This would demand every registered vote in the entire country re-register to vote, and obtain a NEW ID (your Gold Star Real ID isn't enough). There is no jurisdiction which could get this process completed, let alone get all of their citizens registered by November. And then every election afterward

Article 2 Section 1 gives states the power to direct the manner of appointing presidential electors, with the 10th amendment being clear that all other rights belong to the states to determine. Candidly, the conversation ENDS here, but let's keep going show I can show you who how this ends America.
100
Charles R. Portwood II @charlesportwoodii.com · 27/02/2026
Lets start with the obvious. Article 1, Section 4 delegates power to the states to determine the time, places, and manner of how elections are held, and that only congress can pass a law altering this.

www.politico.com/news/2026/02... Ignoring the idiotic stance of giving a model access to military secrets and data, the bigger issue here is that the entire point of ethics in models is alignment. When you strip out the ethics models become intrinsically unaligned.
