These ships aren’t shadow fleet. “Shadow fleet” refers to ships conducting international trade with false credentials. That’s not what these vessels are doing. The term is important, but it’ll lose its meaning if we start falsely calling all Russian ships “shadow fleet.”

These aren’t shadow fleet, right? They’re legit targets (great targets!), but also legitimate coastal and riverine vessels, not international vessels with dubious credentials. “Shadow fleet” doesn’t just mean “Russian.” I think the distinction is important.
