But if this image is in reference to the Weird Route, then Chapter 5 is shaping up to be even more important than the chapter that LOCKS YOU IN.

A cryptic screenshot from deltarune.com/chapter5, showing five-ish numbers of varying sizes, often presumed to be about the Weird Route.
1 (if present) and 3 are so small, one cannot see them, usually taken to mean they have little to no bearing on the Weird Route.
4 is the third largest, and is actually pretty small in comparison to the others. The Weird Route is make-or-break in this chapter, but otherwise has little function here.
5 is the second largest, though it's unknown what it might be referencing - that said, it's larger than the chapter that decides if you're on the Weird Route or not.
2 is the largest, likely due to Chapter 2 being where the brunt of the Weird Route's primary plot is.

By the way, I had a few questions about the D-Sides Mario power-ups and designs. A select few power-ups give Luigi a different from everyone else (see ALT text), how does D-Luigi react to those? 2) What about Toad colors? 3) How are the Yoshi colors assigned now, if the default is red?

The Super Leaf in NSMB2 will turn Luigi into Fox Luigi, not Raccoon Luigi.
The Invincibility Leaf in NSMB2 will turn Luigi into White Fox Luigi, not White Raccoon Luigi.
The Gold Flower in NSMB2 will turn Luigi into Silver Luigi, not Gold Luigi.
The Super Leaf in SM3DL and SM3DW will turn Luigi into Kitsune Luigi, not Raccoon Luigi.
The Invincibility Leaf in SM3DL and SM3DW will turn Luigi into White Kitsune Luigi, not White Raccoon Luigi.
Cat Luigi differs from the others in that "he has a spotted body, darker rounded ears and tail tip, making him resemble either a leopard, a jaguar, or a cheetah" (Super Mario Wiki), presumably on Lucky Cat Luigi and White Cat Luigi as well.
Speaking of which, Lucky Cat Luigi (and Statue Luigi in 3DL) holds up his left paw instead of his right paw like everyone else.
