Only 1 in 5000 people have it and basically his blood vessels and capillaries aren't connected properly which can cause hemorrhaging, blood clots in his lung and brain, GI bleeds, etc. So now he has to go see a specialist in Toronto to get specific imaging done and find out how to manage it. Just got back from husbands genetics results appointment and got an unexpected result that just opens more questions. He has something called HHT (Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia) which they weren't even looking for. 1/2
