Probably burned my remaining bridges in the business, but I recently put out a statement regarding the increasing use of “generative AI” in British indie wrestling.

I’ve seen more and more promotions and wrestlers using generative AI, some of whom I work with, and I want to make something VERY clear:

I do not give anybody permission to use my likeness in any AI-generated posters, promos, clips, etcetera, and I consider any such use to be a personal and professional violation.

Do not feed me to a tech company’s algorithm. They’ve stolen enough of my writing and video material for their “AI training” already. That’s how Alleged Intelligence works, by the way - it’s a plagiarism tool, regurgitating every shred of “content” fed to it.

Leaving aside the horrific impact AI data centers have on the environment, you’re not creating anything by typing prompts into a box. Why should anyone be impressed with some cool photoshoot, promo, or move when you didn’t really do it? At best, Alleged Intelligence is self-insert reality fanfic and it makes wrestling truly live up to its reputation as fake.

I won’t try to sway you away from it, but I hope you reconsider and really look into AI. Whatever you do, leave me out of it.

So during Clocktower con, we notice our kitchen roof having massive damp spots that weren't there the previous night. We monitored it and notices it wasn't getting worse, so I finished the con and tried not to worry. Now that we are fixing it, hoo boy they have to take the whole celling!

Good to hear. But I must implore everyone to not get complacent. Make sure you're still registered, and make sure you do vote by November. Also given everything Trump's been trying to do with the post office, I recommend dropping your ballots off directly in your local drop box if you vote early.
