I always dreamed of being traditionally published. But I also dreamed of writing queer, kinky, smutty, weird books that defy genre boundaries. So I ended up publishing them myself, because I couldn't imagine an agent or publisher they would fit in with.

Today was a good productive day. I sent out a newsletter, edited and committed a flash fiction for an anthology, sent several emails and set up my bullet journal for the upcoming quarter. All of it before lunch so that I was free to have coffee with my dad in the afternoon. #WriteSky #WritingLife

So far, the #ServingVeronica books have all been told from Greg's POV in first person, including book 3 which is my current WIP. I haven't completely decided if that's going to be the case for the last two books as well. They might require a second POV, because the household separates for a while.

That changes during the course of the series. In the beginning, all Greg wants is to find peace and a place of healing. He gets a lot more adventurous again later, but as things get too heated, he settles for peace again in the end. It's a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. #ServingVeronica

Pierre is from Martinique, so French is his native language. He speaks near perfect English, but especially when he is excited (or when he wants to sound seductive), more and more French words slip into his vocab. Mario is from Colombia, but rarely speaks Spanish anymore. #ServingVeronica

That would be Jackson. Jackson is Veronica's lawyer. He's Black, about 6'8'' tall, built like a tank and hung like a horse. And he's smart. He basically outperforms Greg in any way imaginable. And Greg is not used to that, not outside the dungeon. They bump heads a few times. #ServingVeronica
