Or how about lowfat, low carb vegan vegetable soup; oyster mushrooms, red bell pepper, and green onions in a soy-based broth with a little garlic oil. Highest blood sugar 140... it is now down to 77 a few hours post-meal!

I'm ok too! I was able to shower, finish Naruto Shippuden S4, and was able to finish my first 36hrs fasting. Extra motivated to reverse my diabetes again and reading Jason Fung's The Diabetes Code helps. I appreciate you asking how we're all doing, too!
