2-3% is a great read request rate! I do not include attachments with my emails, as I am not a monster. I think it's probably a combination of a lackluster query, not playing the numbers game well enough, and piss poor timing (I sent most of my queries in November/December, when everyone was away).

I live in a town of about 20k people. It's growing fast. Popular place to move into. I learned recently the Mayor earns something like $130 a month. Each member of the borough council makes like $120 per month. How can anyone afford to be in public service? Especially in smaller towns?
