I read the book back in middle school, watched the first movie, but honestly it hits so different when the setting has been modernized like this show does. Makes it more relatable, & I didn't even have to deal with social media in that way back when I was in school in the '00s. Poor kids these days.

Im begging on my knees for complex characters, villains who are actual villains with no redemption arcs, nuances, ANYTHING 😭 Not a new miscommunication every five pages.🤣

/stir up any sense of conflict, but if you're just tossing in the inability to effectively communicate to any level just because it causes the drama you want...it gets frustrating to witness😭

Like, I get it works occasionally, and Im not gonna knock it as a thing, but when it's literally constantly happening throughout the entire plot it just gets annoying. Especially when there's no underlying cause for it...I get a character who has anxiety or trauma and is scared to speak up or-/

Literally begging writers to stop relying so heavily on 'lack of communication' as a method to stretch the plot along. Why is this a thing? Books, shows...just nothing but drama caused by miscommunication/lack of communication the entire way through. It gets old damn fast. 😬

Haha the costume changes are so fun~ I tend to stick with their in game main outfits though for playing through the story, while changing it up for while I do the training challenges :3 The first huge boss fight was a lotta fun, but that thing freaked me out in the cutscene I screamed a little 🤣🤣🤣
