Spruce Woods is one of the most conservative provincial seats in Manitoba. Tonight, the Manitoba PCs held onto it by only 70 votes. While I would've loved to see Ray win it, this is by far the most pyrrhic of pyrrhic victories for the PCs. Things are not looking good for them. #mbpoli

Another thing to remember about so-called "strategic voting arguments" is this: If the gap between the 1st place Liberal and the 2nd place Tory is wider than the Tory and the 3rd place New Democrat, than a shift of votes from Liberal to NDP only helps the NDP pull ahead, not the Conservative.
