Over 3 weeks after a priority node upgrade, ~29% of Cardano blocks still come from nodes older than 11.1.2. Epoch 660: 29.7%. Epoch 661 so far: 28.7%. Barely moving. Quick check: block header version 11.0 = not upgraded. 11.2 = on 11.1.3. Delegators, do you know what your pool runs?

CIP-113 went from merged to mainnet in 8 days 🔒 Cardano Foundation switched it on at TOKEN2049: KYC, sanctions lists, freeze and seize, enforced by the ledger on every transfer. No hard fork. Swiss CMTA now counts it as CMTAT-equivalent. Huge for RWAs. Also means trusting the issuer. Fair trade?

Your ADA can get stuck next to someone else's frozen token. CIP-113 (merged Sept 29, not active yet) lets issuers freeze native assets. Freeze token A and the whole UTxO waits, B and your ADA included, unless A's policy allows splitting it out. Wallets: one policy per output by default? #Cardano
