Cardano's next hard fork has a name and a target. Dijkstra Phase 1: Q4 2026. Linear Leios for throughput + nested transactions. Same Praos security guarantees. Phase 2 later flips on Peras for faster settlement. Mainnet still needs the governance vote.

NEW: Reduce minPoolCost to 75 ADA and increase Plutus Memory Limits (Part 2) This proposes reducing the stake pool fixed-fee floor from 170 ADA to 75 ADA and increasing Plutus memory limits to allow more smart contract execution capacity per block. It's open for voting for CC, DReps, and SPOs.
