I was in a high school band. Our bassist overtightened the strings on his guitar during class and got D tension. As a quartet we argued over the band name. Since we could only ever practice before school, we settled on Late4Class.

Hot take: I think #imdb should scrub out 99.9% of their 'memorable quotes'. A memorable quote is short, poignant, and can transcend genre and generations. Things like 'may the force be with you', not half the script to Platoon or the Godfather.

I feel like my two #warhammer40k commissars were around the peak of consistency for hobbying; regimental C in desert brown, and Planetary Adjunct in classic black, basically liaison to the greater bureaucracy.

I'm at my parents acreage. Stormy evening starts with hail, then hard rain, and the power went out around 10:30pm. Not a little brownout, the power is completely out. I'll be able to tell when it returns (phone will jump back onto wifi from 5G) but its almost an hour and that hasn't happened yet.

So I recently replaced the faucet aerator on my bathroom sink, which had not been done since I moved in. To give a sense of how caked in various grime that thing must have been, the pressure has effectively been tripled. Its like 'comedic broken faucet' pressure now.

Hi, ##nerdlings, got a question: What in the actual Hell do people even use glitter for? I tried a very tiny experiment on a mini to less-than-impressive results, and still had glitter all over the place (this was like 1/48 of a teaspoon). This stuff is chaos incarnate.
