Nah, lifelong Star Wars nerd here. Had my troubles with the prequels, but thrived in the expanded universe (novels, rpg supplements)... Then Disney got it, and released whatever the fuck 7-9 were and destroyed the old EU for 'new canon'. ST is objectively better, at least since disneywars started.

If it needs high compression, don't skip out. You may be fine at higher elevations, but early detonation in a gas engine is about as bad as it sounds. High compression/boost is power/economy for "free", until you feed it wrong.

(5/?) The active duty portion of the CG has been receiving paychecks during this DHS shutdown. But no one seems to know how or why, not even top level leadership for the service. Every paycheck is a new waiting game to see whether this time is the time that it won't come. This is a huge stressor.

I was in the room when they figured out that Vista SP1, for all the engineering in the CBS stack and everything else, would not be the first no-reboot SP. The CBS team forgot that they were also a component, and thus their stack couldn't service itself originally.
