Thanks! Not yet @expo.dev — I’ll put together a minimal repro and open an issue on GitHub. The slowdown is mostly noticeable on Android with SDK 54 (navigation + list interactions + FlatList virtualization issues ). I’ll share details once the repro is ready 🙏

Expo is amazing just that I've noticed that most recent expo SDK updates make my android builds on the app slower and on IOS fast. @expo.dev please look into these. These is making our social app #PlutoidApp feel slower especially here on android. Noticed these on EXPO SDK 54 mostly.

Yeah, that was rough, 😅 my old account got suspended by mistake. I appealed since I didn’t do any spam stuff — just a fan of Bluesky and ATProto really. Either way, I’m just excited to see how ATProto keeps evolving. Glad to still be here though ✌️

Ha, ‘blursed’ is the perfect word for it 😂 makes sense though — once people figure out the game, abuse always follows. Curious what you’d do differently if you could run that experiment again?

This really resonates. It’s easy to get caught up in fighting fire with fire, but you’re right—when we reduce everything to sides, we lose the chance for actual progress. Engaging ideas instead of tearing down people feels like the healthier path forward.

Totally hear you on that, Mark. Feels like a lot of platforms have lost the space for real discussion. That’s actually something my team & I are working on with Plutoid — trying to flip the focus back to meaningful interaction instead of noise. Would love for you to see what we’ve built.
