If groceries, health insurance, and utilities feel more expensive, that’s because they are! The GOP’s federal budget cuts to SNAP/ACA tax credits mean 5k residents could lose access to grocery assistance and 10K residents could lose access to their health insurance in Aurora and Cherry Creek.

On Friday, Colorado's Prescription Drug Affordability Board announced its plans for the next round of affordability reviews. These affordability studies will identify the medications that cost hardworking Coloradans thousands out-of-pocket, so that the state can bring those costs down.

Alongside our coalition partners, we passed the HOME Act (HB1001) to remove red tape and make it easier to build homes that are affordable and stopped SB140, which would have prevented Colorado’s Prescription Drug Affordability Board from lowering the cost of the most expensive medications.
