Today Reform could win the next election. Don’t get me wrong I desperately want to be back in the EU, that’s why I did everything I could so as we didn’t leave. But with all the same bad actors in positions of power, the division it would cause, mean it’s not going to happen for a decade at least.

There are enough people who were persuaded by lies to vote for the UK to leave the EU. Nothing has changed, those same liars & gullible people are still there(some have died & we have new voters)but not enough. The EU will not allow us to rejoin whilst there is a good chance of that being reversed.

The EU will not let us rejoin, if there is a good chance we would leave again in the near future. We need the vast majority of public opinion to support it first. So the question is do enough of the country want to rejoin to make it happen? I’d have to say, no. Closer ties? Definitely.
