On the full moon when day and night are equal, when spiders spin their most beautiful webs and earth smells of summer’s end, fairy mice gather a few of those gossamer fine webs to spin blankets for their babies. If you go out early, with a quiet heart, you might catch a glimpse

Spoon carving badger was going to have a lovely scene with a log and axe but making the axe ended me up at minor injuries getting my thumb strapped up back together (oopsy) so here he is with no axe for now! Should heal in a week they said and no washing dishes till then, so that’s a silver lining!

Mouse felt the first brush of autumn whispers on her whiskers. She hurried home to put a new circle of rowan berries on the door and to start knitting a shawl. She must remember to tell the bats in the belfry too. The early autumn collection of creatures launches tomorrow 5th Sept 8pm !
