Anyone you're having that conversation with has already heard all the arguments for it and they've made up their minds. You will not change their minds with your well-reasoned "but it's good for x, y, z!" You're also losing your audience with your, "get replaced" argument. Just stop.

Hey. If you get the urge to play devil's advocate for gen AI, or be a "gen AI apologist" or to tell someone, "well you need to specify what type of AI you mean because...", stop yourself. No one's asking that of you. Companies pay folks to do that and if you're not getting that check, let it go.

So last night, I finished up Espermarch: Eyes Of Heaven #1 (the penultimate page posts in an hour). Got an emote out of it, as I do, and felt really accomplished. That's a whole 32-page story that is as done as it's going to be this year and I'm ready to move on. #makingcomics
