What actually happened? What was the root cause? 😟 🕵️I tempt to opt for the 'hard path' and conduct a thorough investigation, especially in unusual cases with significant impact. I tend to dig as long as I can to find the actual cause and by doing so I already found quite some nasty problems ☺️ 🧵

I totally agree with you. Observability [123].0 is totally useless if you don't learn and act on it. I am also missing talks about that as well. I gave it it a try in a talk (goto.ceesbos.nl/fiwo) but closing the loop back to my code is for me the most important part of o11y. Learn and act!!
