What actually happened? What was the root cause? 😟 🕵️I tempt to opt for the 'hard path' and conduct a thorough investigation, especially in unusual cases with significant impact. I tend to dig as long as I can to find the actual cause and by doing so I already found quite some nasty problems ☺️ 🧵
