I don't think people appreciate how big he intends this thing to be.

Size comparison between the Washington Monument (555 ft tall), White House (70ft tall) and Trump's proposed triumphal arch (250ft tall at the raised torch of the angel statue on top).

The proposed arch would be almost four times as tall as the White House and roughly as wide. Each column would be as wide as the Washington Monument.
